Center Operations & Service Standards
•Oversee optimum functioning of existing centers
•Establish and maintain high service standards across operations teams
•Create and refine SOPs for consistent execution
•Manage center rosters and manpower planning
•Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and security protocols
•Implement compliance as per regulatory norms for each center
•Ensure zero compromise on cleanliness, safety, and member experience
Multi-Team Supervision
•Lead and coordinate operational teams including facilities, security, housekeeping, tech support, and F&B
•Work closely with team leads to distribute responsibilities and ensure accountability
•Drive training and development for internal and third-party teams
Technical & Infrastructure Oversight
•Maintain working understanding of electrical systems, HVAC systems, CCTV systems, and civil, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
•Ensure technical issues are resolved proactively and not reactively
Projects & Expansion
•Execute client expansion and remodeling within existing centers
•Execute build-out of future centers
•Work closely with design teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution
•Support operational readiness planning for new center launches
Vendor & Cost Management
•Build and maintain contractor and vendor networks
•Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
•Drive cost efficiencies across operational heads
•Support MIS reporting and cost analysis
•Balance cost reduction with service quality preservation
Documentation & Compliance
•Oversee operational documentation and protocols
•Ensure regulatory compliance across centers
•Maintain structured reporting and MIS systems
