•Welcome members and visitors; understand purpose of visit and guide accordingly
•Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
•Handle couriers, vendor deliveries, correspondence, and documentation
•Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
•The desk is not just a counter — it sets the tone for the entire centre
Centre Operations & Standards
•Supervise housekeeping and pantry staff using structured checklists
•Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance
•Ensure compliance with Dextrus SOPs and service standards
•Monitor health, safety, and security protocols with zero deviation
•Manage inventory of F&B, stationery, and housekeeping supplies
Member Relations & Experience
•Conduct centre tours and support sales inquiries
•Manage meeting room bookings and member requests
•Support onboarding and check-in/check-out processes
•Assist in evolving services based on member feedback
•Maintain active engagement with members to build relationships
Events & Community Engagement
•Ideate experiential events aligned with member interests
•Execute events operationally as per standards
•Design basic creatives and newsletters for internal communication
•Coordinate promotions and registrations
•Source and negotiate with vendors for engagement initiatives
Vendor & Asset Management
•Coordinate with vendors and oversee deliverables
•Monitor AMC schedules and service timelines
•Negotiate with vendors under supervision
•Maintain documentation and tracking sheets
