The opportunity:

This role is not just about sitting at a front desk, and it is not a routine operations position. This role exists because a shared workspace is not defined by furniture — it is defined by energy, service standards, and the quality of everyday interactions.

At Dextrus, our centres bring together entrepreneurs, startups, corporate teams, and independent professionals. They choose us not only for infrastructure — but for the experience of working here. This role exists to ensure that experience never drops.

The Community Host is the operational and experiential anchor of the centre. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, operations, sales support, community engagement, and vendor coordination. It requires someone who can think on their feet, maintain calm under pressure, anticipate needs before they are expressed, and ensure standards are met consistently.

The Community Host ensures that members feel welcomed and supported, the centre runs without friction, vendors perform as per agreed standards, and events and engagement initiatives are executed smoothly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Community Desk & First Impressions
•Welcome members and visitors; understand purpose of visit and guide accordingly
•Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
•Handle couriers, vendor deliveries, correspondence, and documentation
•Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
•The desk is not just a counter — it sets the tone for the entire centre
Centre Operations & Standards
•Supervise housekeeping and pantry staff using structured checklists
•Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance
•Ensure compliance with Dextrus SOPs and service standards
•Monitor health, safety, and security protocols with zero deviation
•Manage inventory of F&B, stationery, and housekeeping supplies
Member Relations & Experience
•Conduct centre tours and support sales inquiries
•Manage meeting room bookings and member requests
•Support onboarding and check-in/check-out processes
•Assist in evolving services based on member feedback
•Maintain active engagement with members to build relationships
Events & Community Engagement
•Ideate experiential events aligned with member interests
•Execute events operationally as per standards
•Design basic creatives and newsletters for internal communication
•Coordinate promotions and registrations
•Source and negotiate with vendors for engagement initiatives
Vendor & Asset Management
•Coordinate with vendors and oversee deliverables
•Monitor AMC schedules and service timelines
•Negotiate with vendors under supervision
•Maintain documentation and tracking sheets

Experience and Qualifications:

•Graduation (any discipline)
•2–4 years of experience in operations, hospitality, front desk, or office management
•Strong communication skills
•Problem-solving mindset
•Operational discipline
•Basic knowledge of tools like Google Suite
•Presentable personality with high service orientation
•Strong spoken English and professional etiquette
