The opportunity:

This role is not about posting on social media. It is not a campaign-execution-only role, and it is not limited to agency coordination. This role exists because Dextrus is building a brand — not just marketing a workspace.

We design and build our own work environments. We curate community experiences. We operate in a category where perception, positioning, and experience matter as much as square footage.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and strengthening the Dextrus brand in a competitive market. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, growth marketing, community engagement, partnerships, and sales alignment.

The role requires long-term thinking with short-term execution clarity, creative ambition with financial discipline, cross-functional coordination, and comfort navigating evolving priorities. Marketing at Dextrus is not isolated from operations or sales — it is integrated into how the company grows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning
•Develop a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
•Define and refine brand messaging across channels
•Ensure consistency of tone, identity, and communication
•Represent the marketing function in cross-functional discussions
Campaign Planning & Execution
•Translate strategy into executable marketing plans
•Lead initiatives across digital, PR, events, partnerships, and experiential marketing
•Explore unconventional or guerilla approaches where relevant
•Coordinate with agencies and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Growth & Performance Marketing
•Design and execute digital marketing initiatives
•Monitor lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
•Align closely with the sales team to refine targeting and messaging
•Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and conversion performance
Community & Experience Marketing
•Work with the Dextrus community to curate meaningful experiences
•Conceptualize and execute events within the workspace
•Build partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand value
•Strengthen brand recall within the member ecosystem
Budgeting & Measurement
•Develop quarterly and annual marketing budgets
•Track ROI across channels
•Present structured performance updates to senior leadership
•Use analytics to drive continuous improvement
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
•Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
•Ensure marketing communication aligns with operational realities
•Act as a bridge between brand, sales, product, and customer experience

Experience and Qualifications:

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts, Business, Commerce, or Management •8–10 years of experience in brand or growth marketing •Experience leading multi-channel marketing initiatives (online and offline) •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Experience managing agencies and vendors •Ability to interpret analytics and campaign data •Understanding of brand aesthetics and design translation •Experience in partnerships, events, or experiential marketing (preferred) •Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools (good to have) •Exposure to co-working or hospitality environments (preferred)
