You will be a part of a growing construction team that looks to innovate how we design and build. The role will be focused towards leading execution of the new centres along with the design management of the current centres.
Design
● Working closely with the design team, to fully understand and agree with the design
intent
● Ability to understand and follow all design and construction drawings and documents
● Supervising conformation of design, drawings and detail on site
● Working with the systems, to maintain project logs and manage RFI’s and snag lists
● Timely report of design discrepancies and raise and resolve red flags to maintain design
intent, schedule and budget
Project Management
● Follow all construction management processes to ensure design conformation in
execution
● Aid timely execution of design, procurement process and carry out quality checks at
site.
● To maintain a cooperative and cordial working relationships between all agencies to
make a healthy and smooth execution of the project
● Oversee the material management at the site store
● Assist in production of periodic project documentation with the aid of design/progress
reports
● Ensuring quality construction with best practices, quality standards reasonably within
the set budget
Budgeting
● Preparing RFQ, BOQ, etc
● Constant monitoring, updating and reporting of changes in budgets
Scheduling
● Preparing schedules with thorough understanding of dependencies, sequence
● Constant monitoring, updating and controlling of project schedule. Any deviations to
be red-flagged immediately to all concerned teams
● Lead recovery programs to mitigate and realign the project schedule back to the
required timelines
● Oversee the project documentation and progress reports, to minimise snags, extra
items and all other discrepancies related to cost, time and quality
Senior Project Manager > Design Director
● Bachelor/ Diploma degree in architecture or interior design
● Minimum 5 years in Interior Fitouts. Scope of work to include Civil & Interiors as well as
MEP execution.
● Understanding of architectural design, detail and techniques
● Should be able to execute quick and accurate 2D & 3D design and construction
documents
● Ability to work freely with minimum supervision with adherence to systems and
procedures
● Able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually
● Curious and willing, ability to take guidance and work as a team
● Problem-solving, judgment, time-management and organizational skills are essential
Technical Skills:
● Only Fluent user of Microsoft office
