The opportunity:

You will be a part of a growing Dextrus Team that looks to innovate how we design, build and operate. The role will be focused towards providing seamless and consistent IT and Infra support assistance to our clients and Dextrus users across our centres.

1) VC Support

● Expertise in AV/VC technology and delivering innovative and progressive solutions exceeding customer expectations. ● Driving consistent AV/VC services across the workplace including video conferencing, digital signage display, IPTV and meeting room technology. ● Acting as consultant for all AV/VC matters across the organization and advising on best practices to provide seamless experience for our members ● Ensuring successful incident and problem and resolution management of AV/VC related issues engaging third-party application support where required. ● SME level knowledge of audio and video systems such as Cisco/Webex (if any) ● Crestron, Polycom, MS Teams, App space and IPTV (Exterity) solutions. ● Strong communication skills and problem-solving analytics knowledge ● Coordinate with multiple teams across the organization. Especially ensure community and operations teams are informed about each client interaction. ● Understanding of audio-visual testing methodologies and quality assurance. ● Experience managing large scale, high-profile board meetings and events and conferences. ● Knowledge of broadcasting and streaming technologies. Including connections across online meeting portals like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc. ● Ensuring connectivity of HDMI and VGA for projection in meeting rooms. ● Operation & Maintenance of AV systems in meeting rooms ● Installation and hands on knowledge VC Devices (Zoapi, VIA devices) ● Troubleshooting, installation and operation of Logitech Video Conference apps in connection with online VC apps. (Gmeet, Zoom, Skype, MS Teams and such)

2) Hardware & Software

● L1 and L2 Laptops/Desktops/ Network Printers/ Scanners management and troubleshooting. ● Hands on Windows Server 12-16 installation, deployment and upgrades. ● Google Workspace management (create delete, backup, maintain licences) ● Provide troubleshooting support for OS (Win10/11/MacOS) and standard Office Automation Software and Office 365 management. ● Onboarding / Offboarding of Dextrus employees. ● Defining and resolving problem alerts, across hardware and softwares and Dextrus apps (Slack ,Asana, Adobe, MS Office and other Basic softwares). ● Backup and Restore activity of files and imp data (G Suite, Emails, Gdrive and Outlook). ● Tracing, diagnosing and correcting faults by identifying recurring problems, reporting trends to management and recommending solutions or corrections. ● Generating Printer monthly reports and client net bandwidth usage reports. ● Maintaining, Tracking, monitoring Backup of Servers on a regular basis. ● CCTV access and configurations.

3) Network Support

● IT Service related LAN / WAN / VPN / Wi-Fi / Workstations and Windows Server 2016 troubleshooting. ● Support / Troubleshoot various network peripherals (AP’s, Network and Firewalls). ● Network Security and threat monitoring (Intrusion Detection and Preventions) ● Maintaining Internet bandwidth utilization check with proper logs and graphs. ● Hands on experience with Network AP’s (Aruba and Ruckus) ● Installation and Monitoring of Customers serverInstallations on Server Rack. ● Experience in Firewall management (Palo alto, Sophos NXG, SonicWALL) ● Network L1/L2 switches (Hp, Cisco, Dell or relevant) ● Troubleshooting problems in PRI will be done along with the Ops / Tech team. ● Identifying recurring network problems and reporting trends to Dextrus TechManager. ● Client Internet troubleshooting and monitoring (PRTG) and improvements. ● ISP management and upgradation plans as per business needs coordinating with the team.

4) Asset Management

● Hardware (Desktops /Laptops/Peripherals/Servers) and accessories inventories. ● Printer inventories. ● Telephone inventory. ● VC/AV devices inventories. ● Network (Switches /Router/AP’s) components inventory. ● Asset tagging and updating inventory sheet. ● IT Asset procurement, coordinating with vendors and advising the team..

Experience and Qualifications:

● BSC / MSC / B.Tech / BCA or equivalent. . ● Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in VC Systems and IT Infra Support (ITIL and Helpdesk Certified or relevant). ● Hands on Systems hardware, software, networking (L2) troubleshooting, VC, 0365, Outlook and G Suite management. ● Operating systems (Win10/11/MacOS), Windows Server 2012/2016. ● Knowledge of LAN, WIFI,Access Points and Windows Server L1. ● Very good communication skills, multitasking and problem-solving analytics. ● Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues and be prompt in providing solutions to clients and customers. ● AV/VC certifications will be an added advantage. (Polycom, Udemy, LinkedIn certified) ● Strong communication skills and problem-solving analytics knowledge. present, and generate enthusiasm and buy-in for ideas and solutions.
